Thank you for shopping with UNORTHODOX MMA! We're committed to getting your fight gear to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches or periods of high order volume. If delays occur, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

United States Shipping

We currently offer the following shipping option within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: $6.99

• Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days

• Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage or another suitable shipping service

Estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–7 business days, including processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available at checkout.

We plan to expand shipping to additional countries in the future. Follow our social media accounts for updates on international availability.

When international shipping becomes available, shipping rates and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout. International customers may also be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking after accepting your package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been shipped. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent due to an incorrect address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
